Mullet fish jump out of the water to escape a predator on Biscayne Bay.
How I Got the Shot: At certains times of the year, large schools of mullet can be seen in the shallow waters of Biscayne Bay. They are easy to spot because they often jump out of the water as they are being chased by a large predator, such as a barricuda or tarpon. I station my canoe, and watch the water carefully for mullet activity, and wait for the shot.
