A Roseate Spoonbill appears to be drinking water, in Everglades National Park
How I Got the Shot: I was in the middle of a 5-day camping trip when I came into a remote creek of Everglades National Park to spend the afternoon photographing. It was an overcast day and bird photography was not remarkable. Birds were few and far between and when I did see one, it was not active. I was lucky to have found this bright pink bird on the move, enough to capture some wing spread and a nice reflection in the water.
